Flexible set up start time with venue approval but guarantee to get into the venue by 2:00PM for set up. Events must end by 12:30AM.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows for 4 to 6 hours (venue is flexible) of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time.
