There is no doubt Louisville is one of the most affordable cities to live, love and play in. Not only are there more unique restaurants and cool, affordable housing opportunities per capita than any other city, there are so many more reasons to love Louisville, and most of them begin with the vast variety of small businesses with unique services and products you can only get right here in the heart of Derby City. As a specialty floral designer and lover of all things beautiful, I get to work with some of the most talented and exciting businesses and entrepreneurs in town. I thought I might start putting together a guide to a few of my absolute favorites.
This week I’m going to share with you a few of my favorite photographers and wedding videographers.
Now it is absolutely impossible to pick a favorite. Nearly every photographer I have had the pleasure to work with has been a true artist; marrying their own style and sensibility to capture every event and distilling it to it’s perfectly preserved essence. That said, here a few, but definitely not all, of the best you can find in Louisville. In no particular order:
Antonio Pantoja, a stunning wedding photographer and videographer with an impressive background in award winning local cinematography, once captured the view from one of our very own bridal bouquets as the bride ascended the aisle. Find out more directly form Antonio himself on his webpage, antoniopantoja.com.
Kriech-Higdon Photography, a family photography business specializing in weddings and new baby photography. Check them out at www.kriech-higdonphoto.com
Andria Lindquist, a unique professional photographer with a passion for creative expression and a no-holds-barred love for capturing life both on film and in spirit. http://andrialindquist.com/
J. Guess, a great photographer with lots of tips for a successful shoot and upfront pricing. http://www.jguess.com/
Sarah Katherine Davis, available for weddings, portraits, and commercial work. Sarah is a great Louisville-based artist with creative roots from the Governor School to the Louisville Visual Art Association. http://www.sarahkatherinedavis.com/
