Well it looks like 1-800-Flowers has some explaining to do this Valentines Day with over 800 complaints as of this morning. Customers from all over have been posting hilariously disappointing arrangements they sent, received or in some cases didn’t receive at all this past holiday weekend and while we certainly had a good laugh over some of these it was no laughing matter for the poor customers who received an empty box or a basket of dead flowers, many of which reported having to wait on hold for over an hour to report the incident only to be offered a 50% refund! In our humble opinion that is just not good enough and for all those of you who got less than great flowers this holiday weekend, whether it was from 1-800-flowers, pro-flowers or another less than sensitive florist we would like to extend our tried and true service and an additional 20% off to help make your holiday right. Just give us a call or walk in and ask for 20% off on any single in stock arrangement while supplies last.
